Day trip to Almonte / Mississippi Mills The Birth place of basketball
Day visit to Almonte the birthplace of Dr. James Naismith, the inventor of basketball in this town that as a statue in his name surrounded by antique chop restaurant on Mill Street and water walkway with nice views of Mississippi River waterfalls. So much more to see I got to go see parts of the Textile Museum. August 28, 2026 Dan's Motorbike Journeys!

Navan fair 2026 with my favorite start with the Navan fair Parade with Music, Dance, Horses, Tractor, fair ambassador in there convertible cars and so much more... I was using not one but two Sony Mavica camera mode FD92 a 1.6 megapixel with audio video recoding and a FD200 a 2 megapixel that you have all seen on my website with silent video recording.

Canada day 2026 Celebration and Storm.
sToday the country turns a red and white and a lot of maple leaf for Canada 159th birthday got to celebrate in Rockland, Ontario with a big Car show and many fun activity on a very warm summer day 38°C with humidex it felt more like in the mid 40-45°C and Ottawa had a big storm with a 1 hour of big rain with hail the size of a $2 toonie some was bigger and after scatter rain, thunder and lightning and tornado warning. On my way back home from Rockland to Orléan I got caught in the big white out heard rain and hail storm forcing me to turn around and go back to Rockland for shelter from the ice pellet. The cars and truck were stopping on the side of the of the road I was not able to see in front of me but the two red tail light on the car at the front of me. Over all got to enjoy my day with friend in the morning and after the big storm. many places lost power and got some flooding the Highway was close near Bayshore shopping plaza. and the main National celebration concert and fire work were cancel for public safety. ^ Before living Rockland in to the storm to try to get back to Orleans ^

^ Local backyard fireworks all over Ottawa for free. I took a walk in Orléans around 9PM I was hearing a lot of kaboom so I went so investigate I have see a lots of fireworks but got to film some at the baseball field for you all to enjoy. ^
